Product Description:

(1)A comma scraper is used to prevent paint leakage.
(2)The scraper thickness uses a high-precision slide rail to control the scraping thickness up and down, and the accuracy is controlled between 0.2-0.5mm.
(3)The amount of paint leaking from the scraper is controlled by an external pressurization system.
(4)A cleaning device is installed below the scraping system to clean the waste in the scraper and make it flow into the bucket to prevent the waste from splashing.
(5)A demolding agent device is installed on the conveyor belt at the lower left of the scraper. Anti-adhesive demolding agent can be applied before the cavity scraper is scraped to prevent the paint from sticking to the conveyor belt. A lifting system is also provided, which can be used or not according to needs.
(6)The scraper system for collecting materials is divided into an upper scraper for collecting materials and a lower scraper for residual materials.
(7)Upper scraper for collecting materials: It adopts an aluminum integrated scraper frame with strong steel strength and horizontal straightness. The scraper blade adopts a special scraper blade made of imported Swedish rubber, which is durable.
Working principle: The coating that is scraped and dried on the conveyor belt is effectively separated, and the product is fed into the next climbing conveyor belt through the V-shaped material receiving port of the discharge port and transported to the crusher.
(8)The lower residual scraper scrapes the remaining material on the conveyor belt to prevent the coating from overlapping, and is equipped with a lifting device, which can be used or not according to actual needs. There are four rollers installed below the discharge port. The S-shaped layout can effectively prevent deviation and tension, and also peel off the residual material adhering to the conveyor belt.
